Business angel transactions

B&P’s unique specialization is legal advice related to business angel investments in start-ups. We deal with capital investments on the OTC market up to PLN 1,000,000. In particular we advise in the following matters:

• conducting legal audits (due diligence) of start-ups,
• drafting and negotiating of investment agreements, articles of association, term-sheets, non-disclosure agreements and other documents related to investments,
• conducting disputes arising from investment agreements,
