Intellectual property and e-commerce

B&P provides broad services in the field of intellectual property. We deal with copyrights infringements, trademarks, know-how and domain names. Our services comprise of:

• drafting and opining on license agreements and other agreements transferring rights to works or authorizing use of works,
• representing clients in proceedings related to securing intellectual property rights, including Dispute Resolving Board of Appeal of the Polish Patent Office, administrative courts and domain arbitration tribunals.

In relation to e-commerce we offer services such as preparing and negotiating agreements and regulations related to e-business with emphasis on consumer rights.
